We are closing for the Christmas period on the 20th December - re-opening on Monday 4th January to 12th February from 11am - 1 pm except Saturdays, 11am - 1 pm and 2pm - 4pm.
From 13th February - Easter:
11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm seven days a week.
Hay Tourist Information bureau is located adjacent to the main car park. A selection of maps, leaflets and booklets are available at the Centre and members of staff are happy to assist in any way they can.
On display in the Centre is information about the many activities the area has to offer. Information is also available on accommodation in the Hay-on-Wye area and further afield.
Visitors to the Information Centre may book accommodation through the Centre for a fixed charge, regardless of the number of telephone calls required to obtain accommodation.
