Welcome to Nant-y-Deri. Situated in open countryside at the head of the Golden Valley and surrounded
by its own land.
 
It is a new centrally heated cottage style house of traditional design with oak beams and stone inglenook fireplace. A TV lounge with glorious views across the valley to relax and unwind in.

Rooms are:
1 Double, 1 twin, and 1 double en-suite, each having fitted vanity units, tea / coffee making facilities and are tastefully furnished. Good off-road parking with gardens - comfortable, cosy, accommodation.

 
Nant-y-Deri is on a quiet country lane but close to award winning pubs and the renowned Hay-on-Wye, town of books. An ideal base for touring the welsh borders and Herefordshire countryside.

FINDING NANT-Y-DERI
From Hereford take the A438 west on the Brecon Road turn left for Bredwardine , cross over the river Wye and continue to a road junction opposite the Red Lion Inn, turn right for Hay-on-Wye. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles you will come to a double S bend. Take the second lane on the left signposted Middlewood, continue up the lane past a few cottages on your left to a road junction and red brick bridge. NANT-Y-DERI's about 1/2 mile up the road on your right. A new red brick house with double wooden drive gates.

From Ross-on-Wye, take the Hay-on-Wye road the B4348 continue on through Peterchurch to Dorstone. Approximately 11/z miles after Dorstone you will pass farm buildings on both sides of the road. The turn to Middlewood I*s about 1/2 mile down a hill on the right. Continue down the lane NANT-Y-DERI's second on the left. A new red brick house with double wooden gates.

From Hay-on-Wye take the B4348 Hereford to Ross-on-Wye road. Turn right at Hardwicke [about 3 miles from Hay] signposted Ross, continue for
approximately 1 mile then first left [bus stop sign] down the lane then left again. NANT-Y-DERI's second on your left, A new red brick house with double wooden gates. If you miss this turn take the next left signposted Middlewood, continue down as before.
