Deputy Mayor Peter Lloyd

Peter was born in Bredwardine and came to live in Hay when he married Ann whose father was a past Town Council Chairman. He is retired having worked mainly in Quality Assurance. The past links with the Council has made him keenly aware of the diminishing local control of the preservation of our heritage and status as an internationally famous Town. He is dedicated to reversing these trends. Among many of his other interests Peter is the Treasurer and member of Hay Parochial Church Council and a volunteer driver for Hay Dial-a-ride.
