| The cottage includes television, video/dvd player, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and micro-wave. It is situated 1/2 mile to the north of Hay-on-Wye, with good access by car through a quiet yard, and about 400 yards from any road. |  |

It provides very comfortable accommodation in a secluded position of great beauty, and has a well fenced small garden. |
| In Summer, the cottage is let on weekly terms from 4pm Friday to 12 noon the following Friday. Pets welcome if house trained. |  |
